Rwanda: Marizamunda is New Defence Minister as General Muganga Becomes Army Chief

[New Times] President Paul Kagame has in his capacity as the Commander in Chief of armed forces, appointed Juvenal Marizamunda as the new Minister of Defence, replacing Maj Gen Albert Murasira.
