In his reflection on the recently concluded ad limina visit by the Southern African Catholic Bishops Conference, the Bishop of Mthatha Diocese, Sithembele Sipuka, highlighted the need to strengthen the “self-sustenance” drive for the Catholic Church in the Southern region.
